Today is crazy. I am feeling crazy. We are pretty sure people logged-in through 9-7-05 will get a referral. Beyond that, know one knows. We are 9-9-05. Will we see her face this week or have to wait till January? Only the CCAA and the Lord seem to know. Every month I feel bad for the people who are on the "cusp", left wondering if they will be included. And the people who miss the cut-off by one or two days. Well here we are.
Maybe we're in for a big surprise!
