This site began as a way to bring our family and friends along side us as we made our way to our baby, Piper Grace in China. We went to China at the end of February '07 and came home with the amazing Piper Grace. Her birthday is 4/18/06. We received news of Piper (our referral) on 1/3/07 after a 16 month wait and 8 months of paperchasing before that. "God sets the lonely in families." Psalm 68:6 We became a family of 5 on 2/26/07!

It crackes me up how they are fascinated with the simplest things:-) What a smile she has- I'll bet it just steals your heart!
My daughter turned 18 months today! I can't wait for her 1st Christmas with us :)
It cracks me up. This morning we are sitting around and Mia has a big tub of toys-- tons of them- educational-fun etc and what does she choose to do? Pull every toy out of the bin and climb in and sit there with a cup and straw. She played foever with the straw and cup in the bin. Cracks me up how we spend all this money on all this money on educational cool toys and they rather play with a straw-- FUNNY!!!
