This site began as a way to bring our family and friends along side us as we made our way to our baby, Piper Grace in China. We went to China at the end of February '07 and came home with the amazing Piper Grace. Her birthday is 4/18/06. We received news of Piper (our referral) on 1/3/07 after a 16 month wait and 8 months of paperchasing before that. "God sets the lonely in families." Psalm 68:6 We became a family of 5 on 2/26/07!

The floors are beautiful! I love them! (And for what it's worth, I don't see any dust. : )
Also, I'm so glad the fabric swatch came and that you like it.
And, even though it was scary and came from bad bite, a one year old winking is still very cute. : )

Remember your ole' neighbor who HAD the dark wood floors telling you how much every tiny thing shows up on them? :) Somehow, I am not missing cleaning those darn floors and stairs at all. :)

Your floors are beautiful. I am not sure which is worse for cleaning: dark wood floors or my WHITE tile ones that show all dirt just minutes after mopping. Where is that maid!
